Gift vouchers
Give the gift of time that lasts.
Would you like to gift your loved ones, friends, business partners or employees a PRIM watch and don’t know which model to choose? We have prepared special gift vouchers for PRIM brand goods just for you. Choose from gift vouchers in nominal values of CZK 500 – 10,000 in our e-shop. The recipient can choose PRIM goods that exactly meet their needs.
You can give your loved ones or friends a beautiful gift for special occasions such as birthdays, thank-yous or congratulations. For companies, it can be an interesting gift before the end of the year for business partners or to appreciate their long-standing employees.
A gift voucher can be purchased online – the voucher will then be sent by email. The second option is to purchase a voucher directly at the PRIM company store (Příborská 1473, Frýdek-Místek). If you are interested in a different amount or a voucher with a company logo, please contact us by e-mail at individualizace@prim-hodinky.cz.
Voucher Rules
- Ordering a gift voucher in the e-shop.
- After the payment is received, the gift voucher will be sent to the provided email address.
- Možnost vytisknutí dárkového poukazu a zasláni na adresu (+99 Kč), tuto službu lze vybrat v e-shopu.

The recipient can use the gift voucher:
- At the PRIM company store (Příborská 1473, Frýdek-Místek, 73801), where the gift voucher must be printed and presented.
- At the e-shop (eshop.prim-hodinky.cz) using a unique one-time code that is part of the voucher

The validity of the gift voucher is limited to 12 months from the date of issue.After the expiry date stated on the gift voucher, it is not possible touse the gift voucher.

If the price of the goods exceeds the value of the gift voucher, it is possible topay the difference in the standard way, i.e. at the company store,or in the e-shop.
- The gift voucher is valid only once. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money. The unused portion of the gift voucher value is not refundable.
