Festival founder Lubor Kos is one of the leading Czech promoters.
He was the founder of the popular extreme sports festival JOYRIDE, which popularized many disciplines. He was also the leading figure of Czech wakeboarding for ten years and contributed to its flourishing. Since 2011, he has been dedicated to the automotive celebration LEGENDY, which aims to popularize technology and design. The LEGENDY celebration was officially founded in 2013.
Organizing the celebration is not Lubor Kos’s year-round occupation. He is among the top marketing consultants. His portfolio includes work for companies such as Unilever, LIDL, Komerční Banka, Datart, AutoCont, ASKO, and other leading companies.
Around the year 2000, he was among the Czech elite in the field of sports photography. He was the chief photographer of the Czech Snowboard Association and published in many magazines. He also worked as a portrait and fashion photographer and collaborated with the acting and fashion stars of that era.
